 R & G Architects International + DH worked with country’s premier media company to envision and build a truly Activity Based Workplace. Facilitating people with technology in workspaces that allow users to approach their work   creatively. Spaces with their own personality, inspiring non-traditional modes of meeting, leading to enhanced collaboration and sharing of ideas.

 The important design pointers successfully achieved were:
· Providing a balance of structured and unstructured spaces allowing users to move between different parts of the office and hence creating more opportunities for the occupants to collaborate away from their desks.
· Small “huddle spaces” designed for impromptu collaboration. Café-style nooks, designed as a change-of-pace work area suitable for working alone or in a small group
· Mixed-use, mixed-scale, and mixed-personality SPACES and furniture clusters allow users to approach their work creatively. Flexible environments that won’t need to be overhauled in a few years.

  The project was executed as a comprehensive Design-and-Build project covering 54000 sft of office space spread over three floors housing three different verticals of the organization. The scope of work was comprehensive fit-outs      including overall Fixed Interiors, Furniture, MEP, IT and LV infrastructure.
