The 10 acre site consists of 619 luxury and MIG apartments of 2, 3 and 4-BHK types as well as EWS foundation. In the open landscape, there are mist gardens, wet and dry play areas and numerous sculptural features in this unique series of interconnected gardens.

An open-air podium in the middle of the site consists of a swimming pool and outdoor café (covered by an innovative tensile structure) on the first floor, connected to the club building on one side and an amphitheatre on the other. On the ground floor, a banquet hall and retail outlets are located. The site boasts of sports facilities scattered in various parts. A school is also located near the secondary entrance for its fluent traffic flow.
