R&G Architects International is an award-winning comprehensive Architectural and Interior design firm based out of Delhi NCR. It was founded by Ar. Anil Rawat, former India MD of prominent Canadian Architectural firm B + H Architects. The firm has undertaken and successfully commissioned a number of prestigious projects across different sectors under his experienced leadership. The firm is presently being managed by Ar. Pankaj Rawat, an architect with 27 years of extensive experience in the interconnected spheres of design project management & execution.
At R&G Architects International, we aim to carry out ambitious Master planning, Architectural & Interior design projects of multiple scales and programmes with a unwavering commitment to creativity, Innovation, sustainability and professional integrity. We eschew the notion of a house style and avoid generalizing across projects. The design process hinges on listening to our clients and understanding their needs and goals for each project. DESIGN HORIZONS, an ISO 9001:2008 certified design and construction firm, is our project execution arm. In order to make the process of creating a new project easier, we have used our extensive experience of the local market and construction knowhow to combine the otherwise independent sectors of Architectural Design and Excellent Quality Construction. This empowers us to offer our clients comprehensive Design and Build services with a single point of contact for Fit out projects involving medium to large scale-built environments.

Managing Partner
Pankaj Rawat is a registered Architect with over 27 years of experience in working with clients and transforming their visions into outstanding projects. He is the managing partner, R&G Architects International and also oversees Design Horizons, our execution arm for medium to large scale Interiors projects undertaken on a design and build basis. He draws extensively on his experience in the design and construction industry in successfully executing a wide variety of projects across different verticals .
His experience and knowledge of the construction industry has resulted in him being responsible for a wide range of prestigious design and build projects that are being undertaken by our firms while his project management skills ensure that all projects are brought to fruition adhering to the strict time and cost guidelines.
He has over the years developed a strong reputation for working closely with our clients and delivering high quality, sustainable and time bound built environments always meeting and in fact exceeding our client’s expectations with highest professional integrity. He is an avid reader and loves to trek .
PRATIBHA RAWAT
Project Administration & Finance
Pratibha is an MBA from Symbiosis institute of Management Studies with over 20 years of professional experience. She brings with her expertise in management of financial and operational systems, particularly in the field of resource allocation and administration of project teams where delivering outstanding client services is the primary goal. She has a proven record for increasing profitability by improving these systems and processes, as well as working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to understand their project needs for flawless delivery.
She is primarily responsible for bringing in administrative and financial planning expertise into our design and build processes, developing our sourcing strategies and streamlining our ever-expanding vendor database.
She plays an integral role in enhancing our workplace culture, working with our teams, and ensuring a satisfying work experience for staff at all levels. She’s also responsible for recruitment, learning and development, performance management, human resources, and coaching.
