The concept of HMVL offices addresses not only the functional needs of the individual staff members but also provides a working environment that encourages open communication and collaboration. Work stations are grouped according to working teams and a large, central huddle space adjacent to an open kitchen facility provides  an-informal-meeting-chance-encounter-work-break space ideal for idea exchanges and communications. IN keeping with their mission to care for the earth, the lighting is energy efficient, plumbing fixtures use less water, all windows are operable and daylight penetrates most work areas.
