R&G provides a comprehensive service of architecture and interior design for the project that includes a 200-strength Institute for the differently-abled which includes educational and vocational curriculum, a 500-seater auditorium, and corporate spaces for both JSPL and JSW. Various architectural elements have been designed for the building by using unique materials. In the front, a 4 meter high entrance made of glass door and GRC cladding paves way for an open to sky atrium connected to a multi-purpose hall and an auditorium on opposite ends. The rear side of the building constitutes of the school area with highly equipped vocational classroom equipment and facilities. A common cafeteria is present on the ground floor that caters for both the institute and corporate strength. The top floor (4th floor) consists of offices for the Trustees and Federation. Two fully furnished high-end suites are also designed for visiting trustees.
